
Despite the New Hampshire Judicial Branch failing to inform the Grand Jury of their duties and obligations I vow to make available all Sheriff Department resources to the county Grand Jury in order to fight corruption--corporate, political, bureaucratic and elsewhere.
Grand Juries have a long history of conducting their own investigations and bringing forth indictments--known as presentments-- that circumvent the political county attorney's office or state attorney general.
The tax on federal income only applies to a small number of Merrimack County residents who in fact have "federal income" . My office will demand that the IRS cease from harassing those who do not owe this tax thereby keeping more money in the county and alleviating the financial pressures harming families.
The office of constable has a long history in New Hampshire. Local, popularly elected peace officers, will provide an effective way for resident complaints to be addressed quickly and efficiently.
